Each School/City/County is responsible for conducting its own contests for state submissions. Only one coordinator emails city/county winners to the state coordinator. Poetry and Art winners for each city and/or county should be submitted in a PDF and include student name, school name, school address, and school coordinator’s email address.

Only 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners per NCDA division for a city/county in Virginia are accepted for the state contest.
