- Implement or monitor complaint processing systems to ensure effective and timely resolution of all complaint investigations.
- Investigate product complaints and prepare documentation and submissions to appropriate regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rules.
